Students in Grades 6-12 and their Youth Pastor/Leader(s) are invited to join us Friday, January 23-24, 2026, at First Baptist Church Terre Haute. We have a great lineup of speakers from within our Region – Josh White, John Campbell and Mikayla Myers – and are excited to be led in worship by Logan and Katie Oakes (@loganandkatieworship on Instagram), who have a passion and great experience leading youth in worship. There are a lot of fun activities planned, along with three worship sessions and workshops exploring the topics of prayer, friendship, and worship in art. Friday night, we have rented out a local bowling alley and will have some late-night bowling fun – pizza included! Doors will open and check-in will begin at First Baptist Church Terre Haute at 7pm (EST) on Friday, January 23, lasting until the first session begins at 8pm.  We will be dismissing everyone at 3pm on Saturday, January 24.

• Bible
• Notebook/Pen/Pencil
• Sleeping Bag
• Pillow
• Twin Size Air Mattress (suggested)
• Toiletries
• Clothes for 1 day
• Pajamas
•  Socks (for bowling on Friday night)

Additional Info:

• Students will be sleeping in rooms throughout the church. Sleeping arrangements will be divided based on gender. Leaders of the same gender (and church) will be in rooms with students. Boys from the same church will be in one room; Girls from the same church will be in another room. It is likely that there will be more than one church assigned to each room.
• There are a few showers available.  There will not be a lot of time to shower, but they are there if students wish to shower.
• Each Youth Group is asked to bring a couple of snacks to share throughout the weekend.
• Medicine must be turned in at check-in. We will have a nurse with us during the weekend to assist students with any medical needs.
• There will be an online Zoom meeting for any and all Youth Pastors and Leaders who are attending Fusion on Thursday, January 15, at 7pm (EST). Please save the date and make sure at least one leader from your church can join us for this meeting as we go through what to expect for the weekend. The Zoom link will be sent out that week.
