From its inception in the 1960’s, Ministry Development Center has concentrated its efforts in three areas of service: supporting pastors, assessing candidates for ministry, and providing educational resources.
The core programs of the network are designed to assist pastors and church leaders including lay leaders, missionaries and church planters.
Midwest strives to meet vocational assessment needs and address the stresses and struggles of clergy and other professional church workers in innovative and creative ways that reflect the evolving church of today.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The Ministry Development Network is an ecumenical, church-related resource organization whose mission is to strengthen and care for ministry leadership in the church at the local and regional level.
